What is M4A to MIDI?

Will DRM-protected M4A work?
No. Purchased or FairPlay-protected files cannot be decoded in the browser. Export an unprotected AAC or WAV from the source app.
Are voice memos accurate enough?
Clear hummed or sung lines often come through well. Noisy rooms and heavy reverb need more editing afterward.
Does the memo upload?
No. Decoding and inference stay in your tab.
Can I convert ALAC .m4a?
If the browser can decode it, yes. If not, bounce to WAV or FLAC first.
